How long does shipping take?

We process and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery to the UK typically takes 6-13 business days from the date of your order.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. We offer free tracked shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend required. We do not add hidden handling or service fees.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our Track Your Order page to follow your package.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you or your pet are not 100% satisfied, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please contact us at support@yogi-pets.com. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days. After we issue the refund, it may take your bank or card issuer 3–5 business days to make the funds available in your account.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed on our end.

If you have not received your refund within 7 days from our confirmation email, please contact us at support@yogi-pets.com and we will investigate promptly.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
