Yogi-Pets is operated by YAS Commerce, a company registered in The Netherlands. We currently serve customers in the United Kingdom. At Yogi-Pets, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy sets out everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. Delivery Location
We currently ship exclusively to customers within the United Kingdom.
2. Shipping Costs
We offer FREE fully tracked shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order value for free shipping, and we do not add hidden handling or service fees. Please note that for orders above £135, import VAT, duties, or other customs charges may apply under UK import rules.
3. Order Processing & Handling Time
- Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Handling time: orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.
- Weekend and public holiday orders: will be processed on the next available working day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been sent.
4. Transit & Delivery Time
Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within the following timeframe:
- Estimated transit time: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Maximum estimated delivery time: 13 business days from the date of your order (handling + transit combined).
These are estimated timeframes. While we strive to meet them consistently, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control such as carrier disruptions, seasonal peaks, or adverse weather conditions. If your order has not arrived within 13 business days, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
5. Order Tracking
Every order from Yogi-Pets is fully tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
6. Delays & Late Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within 13 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@yogi-pets.com. We will investigate with the carrier and keep you updated.
Depending on the outcome, we will offer you:
- A replacement order dispatched at no additional cost, or
- A full refund to your original payment method.
We remain responsible for ensuring your order reaches you. Carrier delays do not affect your right to receive the goods you ordered or to receive a remedy if delivery fails.
7. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of the marked delivery date, at support@yogi-pets.com.
We recommend that you also check with neighbours, household members, or any safe places around your property, as parcels are sometimes left there.
Once you contact us, we will review the tracking details and open an investigation with the carrier where needed.
If the carrier confirms that the package is lost or was not delivered correctly, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Take photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item before opening fully.
- Contact us at support@yogi-pets.com within 30 days of delivery with your photos and order number.
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund as soon as the issue is verified. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
