This website is operated by Yogi-Pets, a trading name of YAS Commerce (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by these Terms.

Section 1 – Products

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colours will exactly match the physical product. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Section 2 – Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A contract between you and Yogi-Pets is formed at the point we dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the following circumstances:

  • A pricing error has occurred on our website.
  • We are unable to verify payment or suspect fraudulent activity.
  • The ordered product is no longer available.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Section 3 – Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£). The total price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay. Where applicable, taxes are included in the price displayed at checkout. We do not add hidden handling or service fees.

For orders above £135, import VAT, duties, or other customs charges may apply under UK import rules. If any such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through our external payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Section 4 – Shipping & Delivery

We offer free delivery within the United Kingdom. Our delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days (the time from order placement to dispatch).
  • Transit time: 5–10 business days (the estimated time from dispatch to delivery).
  • Estimated total delivery time: 6–13 business days from the date of your order.

We will do our best to meet these timeframes, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as carrier disruptions or adverse weather conditions. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@yogi-pets.com.

Risk of loss or damage to your order remains with us until the goods have been physically delivered to you or to a person designated by you to receive the order.

Section 5 – Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt, which exceeds the statutory 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For full details on eligibility, conditions, and the return process, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Section 6 – Privacy

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is compliant with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. You can view our full Privacy Policy.

Section 7 – Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions — is the property of Yogi-Pets or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

Section 8 – Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yogi-Pets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UK law. Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Section 9 – Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at support@yogi-pets.com. We will do our best to resolve any issue promptly and fairly.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, you have the right to use an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. You may also submit your complaint via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

You also retain the right to bring proceedings in a UK court of competent jurisdiction.

Section 10 – Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Section 11 – Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
